For as long as I can remember, I have loved to be in the kitchen, baking cakes and creating desserts for friends and family. I learnt a lot from my nana, Barbara, who gave me my first cake decorating books and whose birthday cakes were legendary!

This passion for baking continued while I studied history at univeristy and undertook a career in PR. However, in 2012 I decided to take the plunge and follow my true ambition. I enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu in London to study pâtisserie and learn all I could about the art of baking from some of the country’s top pastry chefs. Classic French pâtisserie provides a wealth of inspiration but I also like to draw on traditional British flavours and seasonal tastes.

After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, I created Milk Street Kitchen to share my love of sweet treats. From weddings, to birthdays, anniversaries and dinner parties, I love meeting people who are looking for something that looks and tastes really special to help them celebrate in style.
