Sneak peak!! A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of making a few sweet treats for this beautiful 'Wild Romance' photoshoot - this is just a little preview but watch this space on @blovedblog for much more.... The shoot was curated by @charlottenicholsweddings, the photography by @sarahhannamphoto and these gorgeous blooms are by @aesmeflowersHurrah for a sunny Friday! ☀️ edible confetti to greet the weekend - strawberry petals and rhubarb ribbons. Beautiful natural decorations that both beautiful and delicious!Saturday's simple naked cake @millbridgecourt. Filled with the taste of super fruity flavours - lemon and elderflower and raspberry and white chocolate. Dressed with lemon crisps, crystallised berries and fresh flowers 🌼Sparkly choux buns to brighten up the start of the week!These little buns were for a croquembouche tower tasting this weekend. Three different flavours of creme mousseline filling - hazelnut praline, vanilla and sea-salt caramel 💛Saturday!! The forecast for today is for fluffy white clouds - of the meringue variety 🌤 finished with edible rose petals and rhubarb ribbons....This mini two tiered cake left the kitchen today as a birthday surprise for one of my May brides - a little version of their wedding cake from her new mother-in-law! Such a sweet idea 💛 Bottom tier is raspberry & white chocolate and top tier is chocolate and sea salt caramelClimbing roses for today's wedding cake for R&P at @southendbarns 🥂 Hiding inside are two tiers of elderflower and strawberry cake and one of lemon, blueberry and white chocolate - summer flavours for a summers day, just hoping the sun got the memo ☀️So much pretty! Going over delicious design concepts for a few upcoming weddings and styled shoots and putting ideas together for the sweet treats...In the pink! Today's bright and bold buttercream cake for the brilliant P&S! Such a pleasure to make this for you and I hope you are having an incredible day 🥂Hiding inside is a spiced apple and sea salt caramel cake and a lemon and elderflower number.
